Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind of your Fine Ivy pieces and haircare products. Please ensure you choose carefully and view the sizing to ensure the correct fit. 

If you have any questions regarding your purchase or if you need any help deciding on which hair care product is right for you, please DM us on Instagram or email us at enquiries@laurengoth.com.au and we will be able to assist with your enquiry. 

If, in the unlikely event, your Fine Ivy piece or product is faulty or damaged, please email us within 2 days of receiving your items with photos and a description of the problem to enquiries@laurengoth.com.au. We will get back to you as soon as possible regarding the item. It is up to the discretion of Ivy by Lauren Goth whether we offer a replacement piece, a store credit or a refund.
